The9 limited proclaimed that certain action of players violated the TOU (Terms of User Agreement), after issued several warnings without any success, the company decides to sanction a permanent prohibition on those account they claimed found cheats after internal instigation.

When failed to achieve mutual agreement with The9 limited, ZhouJun decided to bring the case to court.
